Liability

  • TempCare Personnel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, the employment of a Candidate, or the actions of a Candidate placed by us.
  • We do not guarantee the suitability, capability, or performance of Candidates. It is the Client’s responsibility to conduct any necessary background checks and ensure the Candidate’s qualifications.
  • We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided by Candidates or Clients.

  • We respect the confidentiality of both Clients and Candidates. Personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Both Clients and Candidates agree to keep confidential any information received during the recruitment process, except as required by law.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice to the other party as outlined in the agreement.
